В Windows 8.1 есть некоторые проблемы при работе с сетью, но решаются довольно просто, итак, для того чтобы произвести какие-либо манипуляции с сетью нам необходимо перейти в редактор реестра (Win+R -> regedit -> ENTER) и найти ветку
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles
В данном разделе содержатся профили всех подключений вашего компьютера, выглядит примерно вот так:
Если удалить какой-либо из профилей, то и удалится соответствующее ему сетевое подключение.
Если зайти в профиль, то можно увидеть следующую структуру:
Здесь:
Category — Параметр определяющий тип вашей сети Частная (1) или Общественная (0);
Description — Описание вашей сети;
ProfileName — Имя вашего подключения.
